6'2" Linton Hinds of Bishop Francis H.S. in East Orange has made an early commitment to attend Marist College. The hardworking Hinds has been a stalwart on the RAP AAU team the past two seasons, helping RAP to a 3rd place finish in the NJ State 17 & Under Tournament in May. As reported in the May NJ Hoops Newsletter, Linton tallied 14 points in the semis, and 12 points and 5 steals in the 3rd place game. Linton was one of the leading scorers in the Hoop Group's Big Apple Classic in June, scoring 23 and 27 points in back to back games.
