6'4" St. Benedict's Prep Sr. James Mathis has burst onto the scene after a strong summer with the Newark Rams. James missed the majority of last season with an injury. James told NJ Hoops this weekend at the Lehigh Valley Jam Fest that he is getting interest from Niagara, Wagner, University of Missouri Kansas City, and Stony Brook. James continued his fine play this weekend leading the Rams to a 2 - 1 record, including 21 points in a win over the Monmouth Knights.
